After my jamon post, my friend, Isabel, told me the best kind to look for, Jamón Serrano.
Here we go!

The verdict?
Sorry my Spanish friends.  I tried.  I really did.

    You have to go back and see my other jamon post. It is a type of cured, Spanish pork.
